The basement floor is home to Fashion Doll Park, a haven for doll lovers featuring an extensive selection of figures, from the ever-popular Barbie to Japan’s beloved Momoko Dolls, known for their stylish designs and lifelike details.

On the ground floor, shoppers can find an assortment of party goods, greeting cards, wrapping materials, and seasonal items, making it a great place to pick up gifts and decorations.

The second floor is dedicated to stuffed toys and beloved character goods, featuring an array of plush animals, teddy bears, and famous brands like Hello Kitty, Disney, and other Japanese and international favourites.

For families with young children, the third floor is a treasure trove of baby and toddler toys, building blocks, and educational playsets. This level also features an impressive selection of remote-control cars and toy furniture, perfect for interactive play.

The fourth floor caters to teenagers and collectors, boasting an incredible lineup of model kits, figurines, board games, and video games. A standout attraction on this floor is the Hakuhinkan Racing Park, a massive slot car racing track where visitors can test their skills and compete in regular tournaments. This thrilling experience is a must for both kids and adults who enjoy high-speed racing action. Visitors can also try out the latest arcade-style games from Nintendo, PlayStation, and Microsoft in a dedicated gaming zone.

Above the retail floors, the upper levels house a variety of dining options, including Italian, Chinese, and Japanese restaurants, with specialties such as teppanyaki, okonomiyaki, and sushi.

For something truly unique, the eighth floor is home to the Hakuhinkan Theater, which hosts a variety of performances, including kabuki and contemporary plays. Meanwhile, an unexpected surprise awaits in the basement, where a dentist curiously named Ginza Penguin Pharmacy operates alongside the doll section.
